Ohio Seal of Biliteracy
An Ohio Seal of Biliteracy recognizes graduating seniors who can demonstrate high levels of proficiency in English and at least one other language. Bowling Green High School students earn this award by accomplishing state-established criteria. A Seal of Biliteracy statement is added to a student's transcript at the time of graduation.
Credit Flexibility
Credit flexibility options are designed for students who demonstrate the ability, interest, and maturity to accept personal responsibility for their learning in a selected curricular area and have the opportunity to pursue it outside of Bowling Green High School with a Bowling Green Board of Education-approved program. The purpose of the credit flexibility option is to develop learners who design their own research and learning objectives in a formal plan. Details can be found on the High School Counselors page.
College Credit Plus
Ohio's new College Credit Plus can help you earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking college courses from community colleges or universities. The purpose of this program is to promote rigorous academic pursuits and to provide a wide variety of options to college-ready students. Details can be found on the High School Counselors page.
