You meet the requirements to register to vote if...
- You are a citizen of the United States
- You are at least 18 years of age on or before the day of the election
- You have been a resident of Ohio at least 30 days before the election
- You have been registered to vote at least 30 days before the election
There are 2 ways to register to vote, change your address, or change your name

- The form can be completed on your computer and then printed or print and completed by hand
- Complete, sign and date the form
- Return the completed Voter Registration Form to any district office or return the form to the Wood County Board of Elections located at One Courthouse Square, Bowling Green, Ohio
Absentee and Early Voting
Any registered voter can apply for or participate in absentee or early voting. Absentee and early voting means casting a ballot prior to Election Day. Voters can absentee or early vote by mail or in-person.

- Complete the Ballot and mail it as instructed
Absentee / Early Voting In-Person
- Go to Wood County Board of Elections Resources to see early voting schedule
- Go to the Board of Elections Office at the Wood County Courthouse in Bowling Green to cast your ballot in-person.
- You must provide for identification:
- your date of birth and last four (4) digits of voter's Social Security number
- -or- Ohio driver's license number
- -or- State of Ohio, State ID number
