Interested teachers and organizations may request space which takes advantage of Web 2.0 fuinctionality, including web-based editing and interactive features. Users are expected to adhere to the District Web Guidelines for safety purposes.

Gradebook: K-12 teachers use an electronic grade book program to take attendance, track progress, and generate Interim Reports and Grade Cards.
Parent Internet Viewer: Parents and students in grades 4-12 can check their grades and attendance online. Because PIV interacts with the Gradebook program, parents and students will see updated grades as teachers enter assignments, test, and project scores into the system.
SchoolConnects: A parent notification system which can call and/or email parents with emergency information and general annoucements within minutes.
HelpDesk: Staff use the BG HelpDesk to report technical issues and to make requests. Users will eventually be able to search for tutorials on the Helpdesk as well. This tool also provides network inventory and software deployment features that should increase cost efficiency.
